Step change technologies are not always invented or developed inside large, well known
corporations. Big ideas with big potential have often more fertile ground in small companies.
With strong support from its owners, ORS is developing cutting edge technology to solve the
fundamental problem of pressure management and well control in offshore drilling and well
operations. Our Managed Pressure Drilling methodology is protected by several strong
international patents. Once qualified, this technology has the potential to significantly cut offshore
well construction cost and time, and will help our customers overcome limitations currently
experienced with conventional offshore drilling methods or with alternative MPD technologies.

ORS is a small and focused team. Our development activities are now expanding, and we are
seeking skilled people who are motivated, qualified and flexible and enjoy working with new and
challenging problems in a multidisciplinary team. We encourage cultural diversity, and we
